1. Cancellation by User
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 15 days may not be eligible for a refund due to advance arrangements.
2. Cancellation by Company
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or government restrictions, we may have to cancel activities. In such cases, full refund or reschedule options will be provided.
3. Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
